Hopkinton High School has accepted several International Exchange Students to attend high school for the 2016/17 school year. These students come to our community through various non-profit agencies and offer a rich diversity to our high school student body, our town and to the families who choose to host them.
We are currently seeking homes for six students from China, Thailand, Columbia and Brasil. The students are set to arrive at the end of August and will stay for the academic year. They all are conversational in English and can share a bedroom with a host sibling of the same gender. Any type of family can host including empty nesters and singles. Host families for these students will receive a stipend meant to ease the expense of an additional person in the household.
