The Xaverian Missionaries at Fatima Shrine in Holliston are offering day retreats each month on themes for the celebration of Consecrated Life, called by Pope Francis, as well as celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Mission Document from Vatican II Ad Gentes. These retreats will take place at the Shrine on the Second Sunday of each Month giving those who come an opportunity to celebrate the many ways that Mission can be expressed and lived. Come to share the many Mission stories of faith and service.

The next retreat will be Sunday September 13th, with the first reflection given during the 11:00 AM Mass.

A second input will be offered at 1:45 PM for those who wish to stay for both sessions, concluding with the World Mission Rosary at 3:00 PM. There will be a light lunch. There is a suggested donation of $10.00 for this program. The retreat director will be Fr. Rocco Puopolo, s.x. who served many years in Sierra Leone (W. Africa), and after having been the Executive Director of Africa Faith and Justice Network in Washington, DC – is the coordinator of the GYM (Global Youth Mission) at Fatima Shrine - Holliston. The title for this month’s retreat will be The Challenge of Mission in Pope Francis’ Laudato Si! Come and discover a new sense of Mission that will enrich your call to reach out to others and to the whole created world.

If you plan to come for both sessions, call and reserve your place at 508 429 2144.
