Both the Hillers girls and boys track teams ran away with the competition on February 1st, with each team extending their perfect records to 8-0 and clinching the Tri-Valley League 2012 Championship. For the girls, this is their 6th consecutive TVL title. And the boys reclaimed their title after relinquishing it to Medfield last season. But winning their titles wasn't easy, as each team faced off against previously undefeated Westwood. However, the girls cruised to a 58-28 victory, and the boys convincingly won 62-23. The girls' victory was thanks in part to their depth, with only two runners winning more than one event, while the boys sealed their championship by placing first in 9 of their 10 events.
