In the First Video: The defending state champion #4 seeded Hopkinton Hillers Volleyball team swept #5th seeded Medfield at home to advance to the sectional semi-finals. The Hillers had control throughout the match and beat Medfield in 3 straight (25-8, 25-13, 25-22). Amanda Gilbert racked up 7 Kills, 13 digs and Annie Dumas had a big night with 8 Kills. Abbie Gilbert dominated from the corners with 10 kills overall. Jen Manning was unstoppable all night long with 18 digs and 5 aces. Rachel Zale did a nice job at setting up a number of scores as she totaled 20 assists. Brooke Parker also raised eyebrows with 9 digs.
In the Second Video: The Hillers Volleyball team lost a tough 3 match battle at Westborough (25-18, 25-19, 25-20) in the Semi-Finals of the Central Division 2 Bracket. The Hillers finish the season 15-4. Westborough 6'3 Senior Gianna Scioletti finished with 25 Kills and 7 blocks.
