On Saturday November 7th 2015, the Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and Cub Scouts of Hopkinton will be collecting food for the Project Just Because Hopkinton Food Pantry to help our local residents in need. Since the first Scouting for Food drive, the number of families who rely on the food pantry in Hopkinton has risen dramatically with even more families requiring assistance year-round. Help the Scouts Help Hopkinton!
Items needed:
• canned meat (tuna, chicken, spam, hash)
• canned meals (beef stew)
• canned pasta / mac & cheese
• canned fruit (“lite”)
• juice bottles and boxes
• baking items
• school snack items
• hot chocolate / ground coffee / tea
• paper products
• laundry detergent
• toiletries (shampoo, deodorant)
• toothpaste and brushes
Expiration dates must be January 2016 or greater. Please place your donations in plastic bags near your mailbox by 10 AM Saturday November 7th.
