Watch Now: 2022 Thanksgiving Football Highlights: Hopkinton Hillers VS Ashland Clockers

In the Clockers-Hillers 98th annual Thanksgiving meeting, Hopkinton improved to 8 and 3 (4-1 in TVL) and 54 Wins, 39 Losses and 5 Ties in the all-time Thanksgiving series with their crosstown rival. Ashland Clockers finish the season at 5 and 6 (1-4 in TVL). Hopkinton defeated Ashland in the game by a final of 32 to 14.

Hopkinton Middle School Drama Club proudly presents Disney’s Beauty and the Beast JR on December 9th & 10th at 7pm in the HMS Auditorium. The classic story tells of Belle, a young woman in a provincial town, and the Beast, who is really a young prince trapped under the spell of an enchantress. If the Beast can learn to love and be loved, the curse will end and he will be transformed to his former self. But time is running out. If the Beast does not learn his lesson soon, he and his household will be doomed for all eternity. Come join us for the show before the last petal falls.

Watch Now: Select Board Recognizes Friends of Hopkinton and the Retiring Ann Click for Service to the Town

Ann Click has served the town of Hopkinton as Town Clerk amongst other roles and in numerous volunteer efforts. Ann was recognized along with the Friends of Hopkinton for their terrific 2022 Family Day event this past September.

Ann played a huge role in the 300th Anniversary celebration of the town and the creation of the Friends of Hopkinton group. The retiring, Ann Click has been an essential contributor to the community and will certainly be missed by her peers.

Watch Now: Hiller Boys Soccer battles Oliver Ames in 2022 D2 State Finals

On Saturday, November 19th #2 seeded Hopkinton and #1 seeded Oliver Ames met up for the Division 2 State finals. Both teams entered the game with 19 wins, 1 loss and 2 ties. It was the 1st time in school history, Hillers boys soccer made it to the State Finals game and the 4th state finals appearance for Oliver Ames.

After a scoreless 1st half, it was a back and forth 2nd half filled with scoring from both sides.

Boys Soccer State Finals Recap, Hiller Block 5K and Ann Click Recognized... On November 23rd HCAM News!

On the November 23rd edition of HCAM News at 6:30pm, Hiller Boys Soccer makes it all the way to the D2 State Championship, Hopkinton Middle School along with the 26.2 Foundation hosted the annual Hiller Block 5K plus much more, but first the Select Board thanked the Friends of Hopkinton for a terrific Hopkinton Family Day and recognized Ann Click who is retiring after many years of service to the town.

This past Wednesday was a bit of a wet and cold day but that did not stop Hopkinton Middle School students for taking part in the annual Hiller Block 5K road race.

The event hosted with the 26.2 foundation allows students to put their 5k training in their physical education class to the test and the goal is to encourage good health, training, passion, courage, sportsmanship and other important virtues.

The #2 seeded Hopkinton Boys Soccer team took down Bedford 4 to 3 on Tuesday Night at Doyle Field in Leominster in the State Semi's to advance on to the D2 State Championship. Hopkinton improves to 19 wins, 1 loss and 2 ties and will take on #1 seeded Oliver Ames who is also (19-1-2) on the season. The State Championship game will take place on Saturday, November 19th at 5:30pm at Walpole High School.

Four Hopkinton Hiller athletes recently signed letters of intent to compete in Collegiate athletics.

-Michaela Scannevin will attend Stonehill and play D1 Lacrosse.

-Emma Dacey will attend UCONN and play D1 Lacrosse.

-Emily Hayward will attend Bentley and play D2 Lacrosse.

-Kiera O'Connor will attend Holy Cross and compete in D1 Track & Field.
