Hopkinton: There’s a New Calendar in Town!

By Jim Cozzens, Station Director

Hopkinton MA has a new portal for connecting residents to local events and activities: The Community Calendar.

The concept was first discussed at a meeting of the Community Communications Committee. As they discussed ways to bring the Town together, it became clear a logical starting point might be a calendar where Hopkinton organizations and groups could post their activities, raising awareness and interest from town residents.

Your contributions to Thank-A-Teacher helped raise over $6,000

By contributor,

THANK YOU to all who donated! We were able to acknowledge great teachers. Each teacher received a personalized card from each donor family and we were able to raise over $6,000 for the foundation.

Below is a note we received from a Hopkins Thank A Teacher recipient:

“Thank you for your donation to the Hopkinton Education Foundation. I received a Science grant from the HEF so I know first hand what great work they do. Very thoughtful.”
