Hillers Move To Sectional Championships

The Girls Varsity Tennis Team traveled to Apponequet Regional High School in Lakevile to win a tight match against the undefeated Lakers.
All of the Hillers wins were in three set matches. #2 Zoe Komodromos 4-6, 6-2, 6-2; #3 Elisabeth Cooperman 6-2, 3-6, 6-3; #1 Doubles Sydney and Laney Emerson 7-6 (7-3), 5-7, 6-3; #2 Doubles Devon LaMachia and Steph Pearson 5-7, 6-0, 6-3.

Hillers improve to a League Record of 13-1, 20-1 overall.

The Sectional Championship match is Friday June 12th against #4 seed Foxboro, 3:00 PM at Medway High School.

#3 seed Lady Hillers hosted the #6 seed Bishop Stang in the Quarter Final Playoffs and came out on top 4-1

Outstanding performances by #2 Zoe Komodromos 6-1, 6-1; #3 Elisabeth Cooperman 6-1, 6-0; #1 Doubles Sydney and Laney Emerson 6-1, 6-3; #2 Doubles Devon LaMachia and Steph Pearson 6-2, 6-4.

Hillers League Record is 13-1 and Overall Record is 19-1

"We are excited to still be playing," said Coach Clark, "our next match is Wednesday at #2 seed Apponequet."

Ashland Legion Baseball Returns to HCAM

For the 2nd season HCAM TV in Hopkinton and WACA TV in Ashland will air taped broadcasts of Ashland Legion Baseball home games! The roster this year features 9 Hopkinton Hillers, 5 Ashland Clockers and 4 players from other schools in the area. All home games will be played at Ashland Middle School. HCAM's Tom Nappi will provide play by play of the games while WACA TV will work the camera. HCAM's Mike Torosian will be editor of the games.
