Hillers Girls Volleyball Stays Undefeated!

The Hillers stay undefeated with a 3-1 win over Norwood Wednesday Night. Angie Grabmeier (SR) racked up 27 assists, 15 kills, 5 digs and an ace while Rachel Leeret (JR) had 23 assists and Cadyn Boyce (JR) had 6 kills and an ace in the Hillers victory. Hillers improve to 14 and 0, Norwood falls to 4 and 12. (25-16, 25-12, 23-25, 25-11).

Lauren Anderson Field Restoration Project Hits Fundraising Goal

The Lauren Anderson Field Restoration Project has hit its fundraising goal. Thanks to the efforts of Lauren’s family, classmates and teammates, town residents, the school district and community organizations, the project has raised more than $30,000 in donations and in-kind services since it was launched on August 1.

“Hopkinton has always been a small town with a big heart,” said Kathy Kilduff, team leader. “It has been inspiring to see how many people remember Lauren and are willing to support this project.”

On Thursday October 3rd, Hillers Girls Soccer took down Ashland 3 to 0. Ava Perlov had 2 Goals and an Assist in the win.

On Saturday October 5th, Hiller Football scored in the final 42 seconds to take down Norwood in their Home Opener 12 to 7. WR/DB, Cole Salyards (JR) accrued 7 receptions for 68 yards and racked up 10 defensive tackles.

Hillers Sports Update 10-8-2019

Girls Volleyball: Hillers took a 3-1 road-win in Westwood on Monday. Angie Grabmeier had 19 asists, 5 kills, 1 block, 7 aces and 15 digs. Cassie White pitched in with 4 kills and 2 digs and Cadyn Boyce racked up 6 kills, 2 aces and 3 digs. (25-13, 25-17, 15-25, 25-10)

On Tuesday, the Hillers followed up with a 3-2 win over Algonquin. Hiller Girls volleyball now stands at 12 and 0 on the season.

Cross Country: Hillers Boys and Girls Cross Country took down Ashland and claimed the TVL Large title. Alex Brown broke his own course record at Hopkinton State Park.

Hillers Girls Field Hockey recently met up with Ashland at Ashland High School. Both teams exchanged goals on penalty corners in the 2nd half and ended in a 1-1 draw. Alyssa Souza had the only Hillers goal.

The Hillers followed up with a 2-0 loss in Medfield and a 3-0 win in Bellingham Wednesday. Hopkinton stands at 4 wins, 4 losses and 3 ties on the season. After taking on Westwood on Friday October 4th, the Hillers will be at home for their final 6 games of the regular season.
