Video: Hillers Field Hockey and Boys Soccer Grab Wins 10/11/2017

On Wednesday October 11th, Hillers Field Hockey took on Holliston at the Fruit st. fields. Less than 3 minutes in Beth Koeller makes it 1-0 Hillers on a backhander. Just over a couple minutes later, Caroline Murphy strikes from in front to make it 2-0 and then about another 3 and a half minutes later, Ava Clarke adds the 3rd and final goal of the 1st half for either team. 3-0 Hillers lead heading to 2nd half.

10/10 - The Girls' Soccer team beat the Millis Freshman team on Friday 6-0 with Riley Walsh, Meg Clements and Katy Lundy controlling the middle of the field and keeping the ball on offense to allow for goal scoring opportunities. The girls play again on Thursday at Millis.

Hopkinton Hillers Sports Updates 10/5-10/6 2017

Thursday October 5th:
Girls Volleyball: Hopkinton – 3 @ Holliston – 0 (25-13, 25-9, 25-10)

Contributed Updates:
-8th Grade: The girls' soccer team beat Milford yesterday 6-0 bringing their record to 4 wins and 1 loss. Riley Krattenmaker lead the scoring with a hat trick and Ashley Butler controlled the middle with her play making skills.

-The 8th grade field hockey team lost a well-fought game to Weston yesterday. Excellent net from Livy Jaye and Avery Hutchinson with multiple saves as Weston challenged them relentlessly!

Hillers Sports Update 10-2-2017

Boys Soccer: Hillers fall to Dover-Sherborn 3-2. Hopkinton is now 3-6-1 on the season.

Girls Soccer: Hillers and Dover-Sherborn tie 0-0. Hopkinton is now 5-3-2 on the season.

Girls Volleyball: After losing 1st set, Hillers win 3 straight and take down Medfield 3-1. Hopkinton is now 9 and 2 on the season.

Field Hockey: Hillers Field Hockey defeat Ashland 2-0 in the annual Keep Smilin' 4 Abbie fundraiser game. Hopkinton is now 7-1-1 on the season.

Hopkinton Hillers Sports Update 9/9/2017

On Thursday (September 7th) Hopkinton Girls Volleyball defeated Dedham with a shutout. Hopkinton rebounds from a season opening loss to Medfield and is now 1 and 1 on the season.

Friday September 8th:

Football:
Hopkinton – 18 @ Wayland – 14 – QB Ryan Kelleher found Will Abbott for 64 yard TD for 1st score of the night.

Field Hockey:
Hopkinton – 2 @ Medway – 0 - Hopkinton is now 2 and 0 on the season.

Boys Soccer:
Medfield – 3 @ Hopkinton – 2 – Warriors score 3 straight goals in 2nd half. Hopkinton is now 1 and 1 on the season.

Field Hockey: Medfield – 1 @ Hopkinton – 6 – Sarah Todd & Alyssa McIntyre net 2 goals each.

Boys Soccer: Hopkinton – 2 @ Ashland – 0 – Brothers & Captains Owen & Connor Delaney score 2nd half goals to capture the win in Ashland.

Girls Soccer: Hopkinton – 1 @ Ashland – 0 – Sammi Hersh scores lone goal with 18 minutes left to capture the win in Ashland.

Girls Volleyball: Medfield – 3 @ Hopkinton – 1 – Huge win for Medfield over 2016 D2 State Champs.

Video: Hopkinton Hillers 2017-2018 Girls Volleyball Preview

The Hopkinton Hillers Girls Volleyball team has won state championships in 2 of the past 3 seasons. This year will be a bit more difficult to bring home the state title due to the fact that for the first time ever, the Hillers will now play in the Division 1 playoff bracket instead of Division 2. Despite losing a few key members of last years championship team, this years team has faith they can continue the incredible success of the program.
