Hopkinton's Destination Imagination program will hold an Information Night for interested and students and their parents on Monday, October 7, 2103 from 7-8pm at the Faith Community Church located at 146 E. Main Street in Hopkinton.

Destination Imagination (DI) is a non-profit, volunteer-led, cause-driven organization whose purpose is to inspire and equip students to become the next generation of innovators and leaders and involves project-based after-school activities. Annually, projects are based on seven new standards-based Challenges in STEM, Improv, Visual Arts, Service Learning, and Early Learning. Each Challenge enables student teams to learn and experience the creative process from imagination to innovation. Over the course of this season, your child's team will work to solve one of team challenges and practice and solve any number of instant challenges.

Last year, four Hopkinton teams - two elementary and two middle school - went on to the State Finals. One elementary team placed 3rd at finals.

A Team Manager is needed for each team. If you cannot attend this meeting, but are interested in having your child join a team, please download the attached flyer and complete the registration form. If you have any questions, please contact Raman Arora at rarora05@gmail.com
