HCAM is Live with 2018 Hopkinton Town Election Results Monday May 21st

On Monday May 21st at 8pm, Tom Nappi and Mike Torosian will bring you the 2018 Hopkinton Town Election Results live on HCAM. The Broadcast will be available on HCAM TV (Comcast: Channel 8, Verizon: Channel 30) and also available at www.hcam.tv/live. Hopkinton Girl Scouts make Smile Bags for Cancer Patients

On Friday, May 11th, 30 sixth grade Hopkinton Girl Scout Cadettes spent their early release afternoon putting together Smile Bags that will be distributed to local hospitals for children fighting cancer.

The Smile Bags were provided by Th​e Amanda Styles Cirelli Foundation which was created in memory of Amanda, who passed away at the young age of 29 after her courageous battle with cancer.

According to the DPW weather station, the highest temperature reached in Hopkinton May 6th through May 13th was 78.2 degrees, the lowest was 42.6 degrees. Average temperature during the month in Hopkinton was 57.5 degrees. Humidity was at an average of 69.2%, the peak was 97% while the lowest was 18%. Wind Speed averaged 2.2 MPH, while reaching a high of 11 MPH. Rain accumulated 0.55 inches last week in Hopkinton. High Tea at St. Paul’s on June 9

Get out your fancy hats and white gloves and enjoy old-fashioned geniality at the special High Tea being held at St. Paul's Episcopal Church (61 Wood Street, Hopkinton) on Saturday, June 9 at 2:30 p.m. Finger sandwiches, cakes from Kati's Cakes, assorted soft drinks and, of course, tea, will be served at this exceptional event, which will benefit the St. Paul's Organ fund. The event is open to the public (formal dress is optional).

My name is Irfan Nasrullah, and I am proud to announce my candidacy for the Board of Selectmen.

Some might say I’m an old timer here in Hopkinton; my family first moved here in 1981. There was a lot then for a high school freshman to find attractive about Hopkinton, a small centrally located town with wonderful natural beauty, trails, and plenty of space to explore.

Hopkinton Police Unveil New Patrol Vehicle

Hopkinton Police unveiled a new patrol vehicle at the Hopkinton Police Association Annual Fishing Derby. The full size pickup was a huge hit with the children as seen in the above photo. The new patrol truck functions fully as a patrol vehicle and is equipped with all the critical equipment of an emergency response vehicle. Some of the equipment that all Hopkinton Police Cruisers are equipped with include: moving radar, first aid kits, automated defibrillators, oxygen tanks, mobile data devices, police radio and scanner to list just some of the equipment.
