Part Time Plow Drivers Wanted

The Hopkinton DPW is in need of part time plow drivers for DPW plows and for part time plow drivers of their own plows to help fight this winter's snowfall. Please contact ​the Highway Department at 508-497-9768 for details.

Fruit Street Closed Dec. 7 through 11

Please be advised that Fruit Street will be closed from North Street to Saddle Hill Road; on a daily basis; from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm; from Monday, December 7, 2015 through Friday, December 11, 2015. The closure will allow the Town's contractor to replace two failing culverts at the Whitehall Brook crossing.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this causes. We appreciate your support and understanding as we conduct this necessary work.

Ken A. McDonald, 73

Kenneth A. McDonald, 73, of Hopkinton, passed away November 24, 2015. Born in Boston, he was the son of the late Mary (Crowley) and Colin McDonald. He was the husband of Marilyn (Albury) McDonald also of Hopkinton.

Hopkinton Drug 27th Annual Holiday Open House

Hopkinton Drug is hosting its 27th Annual Holiday Open House on Saturday, December 5 and Sunday, December 6 from 11:00 AM-4:00 PM. There will be face painting, door prizes, food tastings, and raffles to benefit Project Just Because. Meet Hopkinton Drug's Wellness Counselors, sample natural products, enter raffles and meet representatives. Come visit with Santa on Saturday and Sunday, and bring a camera for pictures! There will also be plenty of activities on both days.

Stockings for Seniors

Join Cornerstone at Milford to help spread cheer to senior neighbors in need this holiday season through their annual Stockings for Seniors drive. They will be supplying stockings to any organization who would like to participate.

Each stocking will be identified by the organization that filled it and will be delivered to local seniors by the Ruth Anne Bleakney Senior Center.

It All Starts Here

The Hopkinton Middle School Drama Club presents It All Starts Here: A Celebration of Hopkinton. The performances are on Friday, December 4th and Saturday, December 5th at 7:00 PM in the HMS Auditorium.

Tickets are $10/Students and $12/Adults, with a $2 discount per ticket per donation to the Project Just Because Holiday Program. Donations must be made at time of purchase. Senior Citizens are admitted free of charge. Tickets are available in the lobby during rehearsals and at the door.
