Roadwork Notice in Hopkinton (Hayden Rowe St)

ROADWORK NOTICE

On Thursday August 21st Hayden Rowe St will be closed to through traffic from Main St to Grove St from 7am-11am for the installation of an asphalt leveling course. A top course of asphalt will be installed at a later date. Several detail officers will be within the work zone to help residents and motorist get around. If you need to get to a business or residence within the work zone please stop and speak with the detail officer and they will help you get there.

Please seek alternate routes if possible.

Vets Breakfast on Sept. 5

Enjoy breakfast at the Senior Center Mess Hall featuring chipped beef and other great chow on Friday, 5 September 2014, at or about 0900 hours. The regulars are there early, so don't be late. The following roads will need to be closed briefly for needed roadwork during the listed dates and times. Please seek alternate routes.

Saturday August 16th.

Cross St – Frankland Rd to the Ashland town line. The road will be closed from approximately 7am-11am for fine grading to prepare the road surface for asphalt paving.

Wilson St – East Main St to #12 Wilson St. The road will be closed from approximately 11am-3pm for fine grading to prepare the road surface for asphalt paving.

Hopkinton Library Gets Their Grant From MBLC

The Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners (MBLC) is pleased to announce that it awarded provisional construction grant awards to the top five communities on the Massachusetts Public Library Construction Program (MPLCP) Wait List at its monthly meeting on August 7, 2014.
