The HMS boys' soccer team played to a 1-1 tie versus Norton Middle School yesterday. Jon Winslow scored Hopkinton's lone goal on an excellent pass from Lean Burg. Playing well in the game were Bentai Vacha, Tory Ahlstrom-Hall and Josh Tomasino-Steuer.

Hopkinton’s Enter Stage Left Theater to Perform “The Laramie Project” in October

Enter Stage Left Theater is proud to present The Laramie Project, a 2000 play by Moisés Kaufman and members of the Tectonic Theater Project about the reaction to the 1998 murder of gay University of Wyoming student Matthew Shepard in Laramie, Wyoming.

Directed by Paul Champlin and featuring a cast of 16 from Hopkinton and surrounding towns, the three-act play focuses on the aftermath of Shepard’s brutal killing.

Hopkinton Organizing for Prevention Coalition Awarded $625,000 Federal Drug Free Communities Grant

Town Manager Norman Khumalo and Hopkinton Youth & Family Services Director Dawn Alcott-Miller are pleased to announce that the Hopkinton Organizing for Prevention (HOP) coalition has been awarded a $625,000 grant from the Drug-Free Communities (DFC) Support Program.
The grant will be distributed over five years, during which time HOP will receive $125,000 in funding annually. At the end of the five years, HOP will have the opportunity to apply for additional funding from the program.
