Hopkinton Students participating in Jimmy Fund Walk to Fight Cancer

On Sunday September 27th Christian’s Hot Jamaican Chili Pepper Crusaders (CHJCPC) will once again don their distinctive bright orange shirts, lace up their sneakers, slap on their smiles and set out to walk from Hopkinton to Boston along the Marathon route with thousands of others in the Jimmy Fund Walk to raise money, awareness and hope in the fight against cancers of all kinds.

Asphalt paving is scheduled on the following streets. Work hours will be approximately 7am-4pm unless otherwise noted.

Wednesday August 26th – Wood St – From Elm St to the Rt. 495 Bridge.

Thursday August 27th – Wood St – From Rocky Woods Rd to the Westboro townline.

Please expect delays and seek alternate routes when possible. More updated notices will be posted as needed.

Baypath Invites Community to Grand Opening of New Animal Enrichment Space

Baypath Humane Society warmly welcomes the community to help celebrate the grand opening of the shelter’s Real Life Room on Sunday, September 20 from 9:30 am to 11:30 am at 5 Rafferty Road in Hopkinton.

The Real Life Room, a multi-functional modular structure, serves as an enrichment space for dogs and cats that will enable the shelter to help more animals in need and increase their chances of a successful adoption. The project was funded by Especially for Pets Charity Nail Clipping Q1 donations and proceeds from the 2015 Baypath Fur Ball.

Hopkinton High School makes "Newsweek" Top 500 List for Best High Schools in Country

Hopkinton High School made another impressive lists for being one of the top High Schools. Newsweek.com ranked Hopkinton the 93rd best High School in the Country! Newsweek rated Hopkinton High School as having a 100% Graduation Rate with 100% of students being college bound.
